SHIPPING TERM AND CONDITIONS
All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase unless, weather or natural disaster does not permit.
Shipping and Transit times begin after order is processed.
All orders ship uninsured from our Shop in Saint Louis, Missouri.
Priority and Overnight Orders are processed same day if received by shipping cut-off time of 2pm.
Orders may be delayed due to the ongoing Covid19 Pandemic and are beyond our control.

Please be sure that you are shipping to a secure and trusted location, as Maintaind is not responsible for any stolen packages.
Note that you are responsible for entering the accurate delivery address for your package. Any packages that are returned to Maintaind are subject to returned shipping fees.

Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout using Maintaind discounted rates. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.
Maintaind is not responsible for any packages that have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost.
Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Please be sure that you are shipping to a secure and trusted location, as Maintaind is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen once an order has left the shop. If there is an issue where a package is lost, stolen, or delayed, you may contact the carrier and file a claim. If the claim is denied and the package can not be recovered, we will not replace or refund any lost or stolen packages. Please be advised that we offer insurance protection for purchase at checkout.
***For the benefit of our customers we partnered with Route Protection to offer optional shipping insurance. The purchase of insurance is intended to protect the customers investment and provide reimbursement in the case of lost or stolen packages. (Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is dependent upon investigation.)
